Chef Donnie Ferneau discovered early on that he had a knack for working in a kitchen. After a move to Little Rock in 2001, he decided to combine his love of local food, business, and creativity into the fine dining establishment, Ferneau Restaurant. He successfully sold the business and tried a few other things, like competing on the Food Network channel and earning a few prestigious awards, before opening Cathead's Diner on June 13, 2018, bringing everything he's learned over the years.
